Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, tour operators, visa authorities, and other service providers.
- Flight tickets are refunded according to the respective airline’s cancellation policy.
- Hotel bookings are subject to the hotel’s cancellation and refund terms.
- Holiday packages may be partially refundable depending on the cancellation date and supplier policies.
- Visa processing fees, embassy charges, and service fees are generally non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
- Any convenience fees, processing charges, or taxes may also be non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Cancellation Policy
Customers wishing to cancel a booking must notify R M Travels and Tours as soon as possible.
Cancellation charges may apply based on:

- Time remaining before departure
- Non-refundable promotional offers
Changes to Bookings
Changes to travel dates, passenger details, or itineraries are subject to availability and may incur additional charges imposed by airlines, hotels, or other service providers.
Returns
As we provide travel and booking services, physical products are not sold. Therefore, returns are not applicable.
